EuroPCR 2019: LATAM SBHCI CTO Registry participation

The EuroPCR occurred in May 2019, one of the most important events of our specialty, and our LATAM SBHCI CTO Registry was represented in two moments.

Dr Marcelo Harada did an oral presentation of “Clinical implications and predictors of coronary perforations during Chronic Total Occlusion Percutaneous Coronary Interventions: Insights from 1066 patients treated in the multicenter Latin American CTO Registry” in an important CTO session that featured major names such as Carlo Di Mario, Masahisa Yamane and Kambis Mashayeki.

The general data of the registry were presented by Dr. Alexandre Quadros in the SOLACI @ PCR session, coordinated by Drs Corrado Tamburino and José Luiz Leiva Pons. Regarding this presentation, in the discussion that followed, it was suggested to provide feedback for participating centers about technical aspects, something that we have tried to do in relation to patients' follow-up.
